Campus Commitment

RAISE^up Texas is a whole-school transformation model that requires a deep commitment on the part of the principal, staff and teachers, as well as the support of district administrators, for a 3 ½-year implementation process to reach full sustainability. It requires ½ a year of up-front strategic planning that includes data analysis and decision making aligned with the specific needs of the campus, followed by intensive professional development and coaching for teachers and staff over a three year period. Each campus must commit to assigning at least a half-time RAISE^up Texas instructional coach.
