Transforming middle school teaching and learning.

Campus Commitment

commitementRAISEup Texas is a whole-school transformation model that requires a deep commitment on the part of the principal, staff and teachers, as well as the support of district administrators, for a 3 ½-year implementation process to reach full sustainability. It requires ½ a year of up-front strategic planning that includes data analysis and decision making aligned with the specific needs of the campus, followed by intensive professional development and coaching for teachers and staff over a three year period. Each campus must commit to assigning at least a half-time SIM instructional coach. And while the majority of costs for the 16 expansion schools, including all first year costs, are to be raised by E3 Alliance from private investors, the district must commit to funding project expenses of about $130K total for each participating school. This is not a path for the weary, but you WILL see compelling results in the way that your students learn at high levels and prepare for success in high school and beyond.
