Principal Leadership

Effective and committed principal leadership is key to successful implementation of the RAISE^up Texas model. Yet transformational leadership and managing significant change management efforts are skills rarely taught in traditional principal training programs. Each participating principal will have direct access to nationally award-winning principals from the demonstration project, and will be able to participate in a Professional Learning Community of peer principals implementing RAISE^up Texas in order to learn from each others’ experiences.
